1. Check or L/C negotiates
2. Payment made
3. Purchase order placed
4. "Contract" signed
5. Proposal or quotation accepted
6. MOE (Memorandum of Understanding)
7. Final Agreement signed
8. Re-negotiated Agreement signed
9. Agreement signed.
