MLV: If I run a small gas station in a small town and I am the only one and some guy sets up a gas station across the street I am going to do all I can to insure that I am the only gas station that people come to and if the other guy goes out of business than I guess I served my customers better. This case is like the defunct operator going to the Justice of the Peace and complaining that I now have a monopoly and the town should force me to let him (who quit) back in business by not competing so zealously. Hmmmm JFD
