Busy busy busy.

The high Friday was $2 1/2.

I suspect Rich is correct on the speculation feeding "Momentum".

Why "speculation"?

Kinsey refused to talk about the Internet "vision" in the CC, and the rest of it was reportedly quite unprofessional, maybe even embarrassing.

Why not discuss the Internet plan??

Two possibilities.

1. In negotiations.

2. There is no plan and no vision.

Q3 numbers were an unmitigated disaster.

Burned another 2.3 million cash. If the new "financing" is receivables based, the $1.2 million they've taken could be all they get. No matter the $4 million PR.

It's about 50% of their A/R and that's as much as the finance guys will usually do.

In any case the stock broke out on volume Friday, but there is so much hot money in the market, and NTN has been manipulated so many times before, that I'd be scared to death (surprise) to buy.

This is the price range where the stock collapsed following the infamous REG.D discounted convertible two years ago, and is major chart resistance.

And think about it. With 37 million shares outstanding, will someone really pay upwards of $100 million to get NTN's dated technology, tired content, thin and untested management, and history of lawsuits??

Did I forget to say that at current burn rate they only have enough cash to survive into January?

Unless the financing was real money and not asset based.

But if it were good, why didn't they talk about it?

As usual, more questions than answers with NTN.

Anyone who cares can check the NTN Yahoo board. D gasser and Swivel777 are among the especially knowledgeable about the whole situation.
