Hi Craig,

I am getting mixed signals. T/A suggests the stock should have dipped back to some sort of moving average already. It hasn't happened. Which is very good.

I am expecting some sort of surprise announcement over the next two weeks. The willingness to accumulate stock through $1.5 to $1.75 suggests it is going to be bigger than the MERZ stuff last week.

In fact I would argue the accumulation has all been non-MERZ related. That story was essentially a non-event ( The fact that they have the results was a "given" ). Sure it suggests that results are good. But April is not now. Something more is up. The question is what.

Could it be that MERZ has it's data crunched a collaboration is now at hand. NTII's data is due out soon too. Typically price appreciation pre-data is bullish. Especially without a concommittant sell-off by those in the know. For instance SCIOS never budged much pre-FDA. Why, because of leaks. It was being dumped.

No NTII is clearly under accumulation. Insiders have exercised some options recently. Just too many signals suggesting that positive events are on the horizon.

BEST WISHES
Jeffrey
