RMJ: "The strip for horses is only legal in three states." Not actually true, from what I understand. There are three states that have explicitly OK'd the strip, but most don't view it as something that has to ruled upon at the state level. As long as the steward is informed before the race, it is OK. The strips have been used in quite a few states in the few weeks the product has been around.

Lucas won $5 MILLION today, with 2 long-shot winners (including the biggest race of all, the Classic) both wearing the Flair strips....and there was another longshot winner (not Lucas' horse) also wearing the Flair strip. Bob Baffert, the trainer with most of the favorites, opted not to use the strip, and he didn't win a single race !!!!!! This has got to result in HUGE favorable press/publicity for the Flair strip and CNXS...look for another big move up in the stock price next week.....GO CNXS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jimbo.
