I don't. Any ISP could offer it. But in response to Jay's question
because of the association with public service as a plug for whomever sponsor's it. Why not have BB:cable be the first to offer awesome goodwill public service and gain positive press? It sure could draw a lot of hits and goodwill in the form of multimedia exposure as a valuable public service. Literally have it in a small box spot that is accessable without a known URL and run it a few months prior to election. Consider Excite buys vote.com for much, much, much less then bluemountain.com then has a small easily accesable click site to full disclosure voting information at your finger tips. Or they do it themselves and save the bucks. Just thoughts.

Yeah, I know the part about a few months prior to elections is only a sweet dream for now!
