The Power of Satan - Crushed from the beginning !
I am sorry to see that you give the devil so much credit...
Do you really think that satan can take anyone from the LORD ?
Look:
Genesis 3:14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
satan had his "little God Planned victory" in the garden but God cursed him right there and then...
Does it look to you like he is a match for God ?
Look here:
Job 1:8 And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?
Here God points out Job to the devil and asks him to consider him....
If God was afraid the devil had some power why not keep quiet about Job ??
Then God gives permission to the devil to put Job through a trial
JOB 1:11 But put forth thine hand now, and touch all that he hath, and he will curse thee to thy face.
satan suggests that Job serves God for what he can get !
God hands Job over to the devil to a point see:
12 And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the LORD.
Later God gave even more permission to the devil to actually put his hand " upon himself " and took his health.
When Job did not crack under the first round of satans tricks and destruction what did God do... Pointed him out again...
Job 2:3 And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause.
God boasts that although the devil had moved the LORD to destroy Job life Job withstood the test and trusted God in all things!
What did the devil say.. could the devil say different ???
JOB 2:4 And Satan answered the LORD, and said, Skin for skin, yea, all that a man hath will he give for his life.
5 But put forth thine hand now, and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will curse thee to thy face.
What does God do Give the devil more permission...
Job2:6 And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, he is in thine hand; but save his life.
This "PERMISSION GRANTING" to the devil is also illustrated by Jesus
Luke 22:31 And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:
Here Jesus says that satan wants a crack at Peter .. it had been granted but what did Jesus say:
Luke 22:32 But I have prayed for thee that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.
This is KEY.. Jesus tell Peter ( simon ) that HE HAS PRAYED for HIM. He says that HE has PRAYED SPECIFICALLY for SIMON PETER !
Could that prayer go unanswered by God ?? Is not Jesus GOD. Can He fail to answer His own Prayer !
Look again:
Luke 22:32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.
Jesus says And WHEN thou art converted
If the devil had any real power would not Jesus have said
and IF thou art converted ??? Jesus KNOWS His prayer is ALMIGHTY

Christ tells Peter what to do after His prayer will be answered !
What else does the Bible say about the devil ??
That he might go to hell
That his head might be crushed by Jesus ?
Does the Bible teach that satans temptation of Christ might have worked ?? NOT NEVER !!!
God said that Jesus WOULD crush the serpent HEAD !! NO DOUBT !!
Well what about satan winning souls is that possible..?
The Bible teaches that all mens souls became the "legal" property of satan when Adam fell Except for those whom Christ redeems ( both OT and New Testament )
the devil can't increase or decrease the number of souls written in the Lamb Book of LIFE !
John 6:39 And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.
Jesus is the GOOD SHEPHARD he came to find what was His but lost.
Ezek34:16 I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: but I will destroy the fat and the strong; I will feed them with judgment.
All those who are bought with the Blood of the Lamb MUST COME !
They can not be continually deceived nor taken by satan !
Stop Glorifying the devil in your thinking !!!
Revelation 15:3 And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty ; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.
God is using the devil to do HIS WILL !
LOOK:
Revelation 16:14 For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
There is purpose in God having created the Devil He did it for a reason... Satan can only do what God will allow him. He and all of his have their place.
I'm glad you're saved but I am not your enemy unless you are an enemy of God's Truth!
