Karim,

I agree that real-time operating systems for imbedded systems is a category that should be added to the tornado watch list. I don't know if SI will allow Frank to change that post. If it is possible, our community should probably work on coming up with as many new additions to the list that we can think of so we don't have to ask for SI's understanding too often.

I also agree that WIND should be added to the W&W list, but that's Justin's domain.

Karim,
I recently bought a relatively small position with WIND. Currently, I am trying to learn about WIND specifically and embedded operating systems in general. Your input and expertise is welcome here. I do not know if WIND is a gorilla candidate yet but the dialogue will be valuable. Please stick with us.

Karim: I agree with you about WIND. Perhaps Justin will include WIND in his 2000 W&W list, and you can flesh out the category with a formal presentation to the thread, and keep us current on the company. If Mike agrees, a list of players could go into his "breeding ground" list. I would certainly be interested in being kept abreast of this one.

Karim:
It is my job to monitor our thread and keep track of those companies that have potential primate or royalty virtues. Due to your's and others' postings, I believe that WINd garnered enough support on the thread to be included in the G&K W&W portfolio. Thanks for bringing the company to our attention!
