Ain't it the truth....if the bubble gets bigger the burst will be MUCH worse.....if the burst is really bad, draining the boomers retirement IRA money, the boomer voting block may puts us back into the financial dark ages..with tons of regulation...they will look everywhere for some one to blame (except in the mirror) ..the press would do expose after expose about manipulation, conflicts of interest,and government approved/company tested deceptive/juggling of company books, etc, etc.....that would feed an bonfire of the boomers wrath against out free market system....feeling they had been ripped off by crooks..(not totally untrue)

They just aren't aware of whats going on right now...just a mention by ultra bear Tice about TYCO's accounting sent the stock reeling..even though, i believe, TYCO probably followed the rules (rules suck and are deceptive)....IMHO, the public, nor the majority of this thread, understand the accounting tricks and their very negative long term consequences for the credibility of our US market..
