At this time, strictly speaking, LFT owes HITT only $20 mill - $10 mill for the LCEs and $10 mill for 2 mill shares.

The press releases didn't mention it, but the $100 mill "deal" was never closed. SEC filings revealed it is only a non-binding letter of intent. Words. IMO, hype.

The number of people, both bulls and bears, who think LFT "owes" HITT $100 million, is evidence which bolsters the allegation of misleading press releases. [Notice none of the press releases about the first $20 million bothered to mention it wasn't due for a year.]

...Mezz - FWIW, I don't think Jeanette reports to anyone, except, perhaps, Dorian.

If things work as they generally do, as often written by The ZeevMeister, there should be a rally arranged for the PP to short into.

I saw them unmercifully do it to the TSIG stock. Not once, but over and over. When I mentioned what was likely happening they wanted to crucify me. Yet they continue. I suspect the loyal suckers will average down with HITT and talk about trips to LasVegas. Why do so many BB posters start talking about getting together in LasVagas after the big stock windfall? Always just a fall, but hell, they will blame getting wet on whoever points at the sky or tells them it is raining.
