I think it would be worthy of a news release, don't you? Yup I do, this filing thing is really starting to get on my nerves.............. the following from their last news release...... The company has completed its Form 10 registration statement with the required financials on an unconsolidated basis through the third quarter of 1999. It is currently waiting for the completion of the financials of a subsidiary before filing with the SEC to become a reporting issuer. The submission is expected to take place shortly. Can someone please define shortly Like they have known about the deadlines since at least January 4 1999.................
