West Africa Watch. Agreed on the NG point. That Justice Department suit against coal fire plants will have a chilling affect. Nukes are dead. That leaves only NG and oil. All new capacity will in all likelyhood be NG, stateside.

GOM has been picking up very nicely. Rigs under contract in the GOM stands at 146, up from the year ago count of 135. If memory serves me correctly, I believe the GOM bottomed around 110-115 earlier this year. I believe most of this activity is in the shallow water (NG) arena. This is the very reason I hold MRL. Whether this is enough activity to supply this winter's NG or not, I have no idea but is picking up nicely. Here is a link to check my numbers:
