<<James you need a loan?;)>>
Mark, we've gone through this before, but if my my Xoi's don't get better the answer is YES!!
Why I bought calls on anything other than B2B stocks is beyond me.

>>>That's good news for my software stocks Rnwk etc<<<

RNWK was truly lucky that the Govt had begun to take seriously Microsoft's bad behaviour! They would have been "Nestcaped".
I congratulate Rob Glaser for standing up to Miscrosoft.
I remember the days of DOS 2.0 and the saying...."DOS aint done till Lotus dont run!!"
This ruling will hopefully prevent microsoft from hijacking our best ideas. Everybody knows that Microsoft does not innovate. Rather, they wait for a new idea to emerge, then they attempt to hijack it. That strategy seems to be failing these days though. Palm Pilot, Visor and Java are defying the trend.

BTW, seen MSFT lately? Compare it to SUNW!
I think we will see a slow decline in MSFT as aggrieved entrepreneurs emerge from the woodwork, armed with lawsuits.
