I agree with you, Joe. It appears to me that the officers of VISX may be uncomfortable with the still pending unknown decisions regarding their patents and other charges. It's too bad that it is now politically correct to savage successful companies per se. MSFT provides a warning still very warm. The attitude seems to be that if one is too successful, you must be doing something wrong. This is working now on the gun industry amongst others since it isn't good business to raise taxes. Go for their throat$ is the motive on the part of Visx's opponents. Angler
