BELFA needs liquidity. That is why the valuation is so ridiculous. This stock split is finally a step in the right direction and you will see volume pick up dramatically. I think BELFA might want to use the "B" shares as acquisition paper. Insiders are also tired of watching the "B" shares trade at a 5 to 6 point discount to the "A" shares.

Look at the margins and cash flow of this company. This is a $70 stock easy once liquidity is available.
