Hi Keith, My only comment is that the company needs to come out with some updates pretty soon. This is even more important now than it was in the past considering the stock appreciation. The last thing we want is the TSE to ask jordie for a reason for market activity and the company to say "we don't have a reason" or some such comment. Have you heard anything from the company to indicate any new deals or other news that would justify recent market activity? I keep getting the same old song from IR.

btw, nice summary and thanks for the effort, I hope the Jordex bod is appreciative also, they certainly could learn something here as far as investor relations are concerned. :)

Keith,

Thanks for the effort.

As for what value will be generated out of the $19mm cash CDN is another matter. Getting into private placements is one thing. Timing the subsequent IPO (for those investments that will be successful, remember that not all will work out) is also another matter to consider. Will this value be created in 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or more? Will the market for IPOs remain favorable by then? Will the cost of the private placements go up? Does management have enough depth to correctly select and assess technology companies versus their mining background? How far can they go with just $19mm CDN ($12-13mm USD)?

Not a criticism of the company or your work. Just a few observations that may be worthwhile to consider.

Again thanks for sharing. Not into this stock, but will monitor to see it comes back down to buying range...
