Hi all,

I just received a fax from Tom today allowing me to attend the "Brokers Presentation" on November 8th in San Francisco.

I would like to thank you Tom for the invitation, and Manny for his help with my request and the encouragement.

I also want to say thank you to all fellow investors of eConnect on SI (Longtom, Gerald, Harry, Scoobey, Jordan, blkjk7, Ernie, etc...). I am flatter and appreciate the kind words and the trusts you are giving me.

I will post an honest report with details right after the meeting if there is enough time for me to do so. The presentation will be held in downtown San Francisco, and after the presentation, I have to drive to San Jose International airport (45 minutes drive if no traffic, ...2 hours with traffic) for a flight to another conference (not relate to ECNC) in Las Vegas. If all go well, I should be able to post before boarding; otherwise, it will be from my hotel room at Vegas late at night.

I look forward to a positive response from the community of brokers at the presentation as well as being able to see a live demo of the ePin on Monday. Let's hope that all will go well and the presentation will be a successful one.

Dai

Chart does look good. But I have some questions.
From the SEC report.
"The Company is developing the software to
facilitate off-site betting transactions through ATM
cards or smart cards. The Company will act as the
interface that will communicate data to the gaming
operators, receive back their acknowledgement of the
transaction and then pass on the gaming
acknowledgement to the customer and the bank host
processing center."

1) Does this company have any customers?
2) Is this software for sale?

"The Company to date has not received any
communication from the SEC with regard to these late
reports."

I haven't seen an update yet.
3) Is the SEC matter resolved?

"On August 19, 1999, a Canadian
investment firm threatened to file suit against the
Company in connection with providing certain funds to
the Company in the amount of $500,000 in connection
with debenture monies received subsequent to
December 31, 1998 (funds received were $417,500, net
of a $82,500 fee). The Company intends to vigorously
defend any such action and to pursue applicable
counterclaims under federal securities laws and
regulations. Because no formal action has been taken
on the threatened litigation, Company counsel is not
able to opine on the matter. A liability of $500,000
was recorded when the funds were received and is so
included on its 10QSB filed for the period ended June
30, 1999."

4) Is the lawsuit resolved?

"The Company entered into an agreement to lease an office facility on a month-to-month operating lease beginning June 15, 1999. The actual base rent is $1,475 per month"

5) Why month to month? As a manager in IL, we do five year contracts.
6) How many employees do they have. Looks like three from the financial data.

The PR's are good but many BB stock's are. The PR's and the SEC filings are like reading two different books. Company has links to Nevada. Too many BB busts are from there. Nothing on Hoovers which is odd. I'll watch this for a while to see if it does another jump and a collapse.

fli...do you see this spike as just a natural progression based on past performace 'wave', or do you think the company's momentum will sustain at the higher price? Obviously, we need revenue and profit to be posted to the companies bottom line before the stock price will truly reflect the value of the company.

Hi Fli,

Alright!!!!!! Thats good. Like your take but I will have to disagree. .30 by the end of this week. Touch .40 but not hold. When your talking .50 in the next 10 days, I'm taking it that you are talking trading days???????? Yes or no?????? I might agree with you if you are talking trading days but then I will reserve that after viewing the program over the next several days.

Hay, don't you love it? How do you like the program so far? Changes the whole way you look at the stock? Makes you feel like you are, how should I say it, part of it. Inside looking out. Instead of outside looking in and wondering what is going on. Not only does it make fun out of trading but also makes it exciting.!!!!!!! Myself, I love it.

Once you get the hang of it, it will make you money and save you money at the same time.;-))))))))))))))) That is were the real fun comes in. Being able to pick your entry and exit and be relatively close. Real close.;-)))))

Well I'll catcha on the upside,

Ron
