Roger, Microsoft has done pretty well by its shareholders since they went public in 1986. Why would anyone try to second-guess them now? Microsoft wants what's best for shareholders too... let's support whatever course of action they feel is the best for the long term viability of the company. And if they make a mistake? So what, they didn't get to be the biggest company in the history of the world by being wrong very often.
