Right - the DOJ got a victory not consumers. BTW do you see legal professors in the same crystal ball the judge uses?

Thread .. Poll ... Just curious .. How many of you ( consumers ) have suffered "substantial harm" as a result of MSFT's wielding monopoly power ???????????? Blumenthal called for tough action against Microsoft, saying, ``These are serious and far-reaching violations that should lead to serious and far-reaching remedies.' Klein said Microsoft's abuse of monopoly power had caused ``substantial harm to consumers and innovation' and should result in ``serious remedial redress.' But he said it was premature to say exactly what sanctions Microsoft should face. Guess it's OK to be successful as long as you're not too successful .. What a farce .. Our tax dollars at work .. The only harm will be to MSFT shareholders Jim in CT ..
