is there anything in the media up where you are that leads you to believe msft may try to settle?

As I said in the previous message (before reading your comments), I also see very little that indicates either side is close to settling.

But there's another way to look at it. Settlements seem to come at unlikely times, but often follow an unexpected setback by one side. I worked at law firms for several years, and I never expected the settlements that occurred.

If a settlement is reached, I doubt there will be any kind of public sign of compromise before it happens.
