This news release kicks asp. <g> This pretty much tells me that the Pashua deal is all ready to go, except for Altachem Pharma. On Friday, Altachem Pharma held a private offering for 1 million. Sounds to me like Altachem Pharma doesn't have the money to match the Pashua proposal and they don't want to lose the opportunity.

It is a shame that Altachem is forcing STGI to take legal action. And I hope that the legal action doesn't spook investors. If it does, I'll be buying even more. Heck I'm looking to buy more now, anyway.

I don't remember what my mJam recommendation was, but the recommendation I have had for some time is still valid.

Buy now for the biggest bang with a bit more risk, or buy after the Pashua deal with very little risk. Both ways will have quite the payoff. Even the safe route could easily do 10x in less than 3 years.

Remember that AIDS is just the first step. Aging, MS, Alzheimer's, prostate cancer, depression, Retinitis Pigmentosa, etc. And the drug is a derivitive of a drug used in dentist offices for years and years.
