Bernard,
thing are changing quickly in the wireless industry, take a look at this little Co. Unique Broadband Systems (UBS) trading on the Vancouver exchange for only .75 Cdn. What they are doing with MMDS tech, and other similiar tech is taking it to another level and they will soon reap the benefits of this R&D. This is a trmendously undervalued Co. and I suggest you do your DD quickly because they are on the verge of breaking out.

Thanks, that must be what was referred to in the hearings since you report MCI and Sprint bought most of the carriers.

dear dr. levy

would it be correct that 2.5Ghz's limitations: as you wrote, needing line of sight or Clarity's VOFDM, meaning it is not mobile wireless, make it no threat qcom; that perhaps it is the cablecom's best shot
at competing with mobile wireless, but that it does not have the flexibility and ubiquity to win. wireless cable seems an oxymoron. we don't see any hardtop convertibles around today.
thanks for your dozens of trenchant, highly informed comments.
