-art: You seem to forget that this guy has been overturned twice before with a lot more specific "evidence". In this decision it is all about MSFT inter-office memos and disregarding even the government witness Mr. Fisher who said that MSFT hadn't harmed the consumer but might in the future. The stuff you are positing is pure FUD. This isn't going to be settled here and everyone gauging Mr. Jackson's demeanor could have told you that it was going to be decided in the Appeals Court.

I guess you are looking for a lower entry point then when you got in. As a truly large individual shareholder I bought a little insurance Jan 80 puts as soon as I saw how long it took to craft the "finding of facts" hah! - which meant he had to find the right words to make an arbitrary decision appear as one reached after long deliberation. I think MSFT might get this one dismissed just on the prejudicial behavior of the judge himself. JFD
