Yes, the judge had advisers , secretary who understand the Hi Tech industry, and had the back ground, however , the problem is the Judge did not have the background to really understand their advise, that is why he asked so many stupid questions in the court room !!!!We are having a judge without knowing anything about Hi Tech industry to judge the case of Hi Tech industry, well, it is dangerous !!!!!Should you let your two year baby to touch the trigger of gun which is fully loaded ? We are now having a two year old Judge , his Hi Tech back ground, touching the trigger.
