All good questions. I understand that there is a public company exemption to size as long as a large company does not own more than 15% of the company.

If my memory serves me correctly "designated entities" cannot sell their licenses for 3 years. I am not sure what the penalty is if that does happen. There is some talk about scrapping this designated entity business.

Thanks for you post. Lot's of "permutations." About a month ago I asked on this thread for insight into long-term value of LWIN. Responses were not positive in the near term and very indefinite in the long term.

Well, the market has handled the short-term! Amazing.

The long-term has a lot of uncertainties. None seem bad for LWIn, but some are definitely better than others.
