X the Double Redundant: Yes it is about actual harm to the consumer not speculated future harm to the consumer in the matter of products that are not even on the drawing boards. This harm is pure fantasy. Are you using a Mac or a Windows machine. I have owned both and after years of using the Mac I switched to MSFT when Mac took back their licenses and raised the price of their products. They actually bought out the assets of of Power Computing to retire that license prematurely. Shakepeare was right. JFD
