X? the real: So sue him - you are the lawyer and that is what you pay your dues to Clinton for. I don't believe that the judicial system of this country will honor these "findings of fact" rendered by someone who has demonstrated a keen lack of awareness of what is going on in technology and the technology market place especially given the prejudice he demonstrated throughout the trial. The most damning evidence offered in the trial was the governments expert Fisher saying that the consumer had not been harmed but they might in the future. If this is justice the law is indeed an ass to paraphrase Mr Dicken's Mr Bumble.JFD
