The link to the United Steelworkers of America website is interesting, but, they lack objectivity with a vested interest in trashing OSM.

Found the article on "rearranges borrowing" interesting, that would certainly cause OSM management some worms.

I believe others (I have to do some DD) are bringing rail capacity on line.

I'll keep you informed

"FYI-rumor from STLD (Steel Dynamics), it will probably be late 2000, or early 2001 before any rail comes out of their new mill. So this buys OS some time to get this mill turned around (if possible)."
