That's what we may see; the only thing we see is a press release:

Today-
VIA/iNhEL announced a mutual settlement to their lawsuit.
Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.

The KX133 chipset disappears from VIA's website, SD11 disappears, and ASUS ceases production of their K7M.

End of story.
