From the globalstarusa.com zone:
gmpcs-us.com

<How much will it cost?
GMPCS will be selling the Globalstar dual mode phones for less than $1,500. Cost of a phone call within the USA footprint to anywhere in the world will run $1.49 to $1.69 depending on your service plan. Cost of calls originating outside of the USA will be more expensive but are expected to be less than $3.00 per minute. Detailed pricing plans will be available later this year.

When does service start?
Commercial service will start in early 2000. GMPCS expects to have operational demo units available late this year, but has targeted February 1st as a start date for commercial service.

That doesn't read like a hard rollout 15 November.

Also, on the globalstar.com site, I suppose keeping multilanguage websites current could be expensive and not much use, so the best solution is probably only a summary in various languages with a link to the service provider who should keep all the guff current.

But I'd STILL like to see a Globalstar.com global minutes used real time graph sitting in the main Web site.
