I don't think so. IMO, business is business. Haven't you
seen the case of CyberMax which is a loyal support of AMD back in the K5/K6 days. They were put to the bottom of the allocation list when there was a shortage of K6 and those ahead of them are Compaq, IBM. It is all about money(tangible or intangible)

Beside, as of now, AMD just does not have the necessary infrastructure to support Dell's model.
