Lower loss reflects the absence of a $25.9 million impairment of intangible assets charge. All that means was there was a one-time charge taken last year when their purchase of Brite Voice Systems went awry (many of the Brite employees walked and took a bunch of contracts with them). There was no such charge this year, so that is why the loss is so much less in the 1st half of 99 than the 1st half of 98. Not counting the charge SRCM's losses were up about 26% year over year.
