Blnk, I looked into this company a while ago after BigMyfan on yahoo discovered the relationship. Maybe I don't know enough about bb stocks but I was impressed with the company and scared away by their PR. I just don't trust companies that hire firms to do telemarketing type spam marketing. I agree with you that there is no need for idtc to promote this relationship at all. Indeed it would not surprise me to find that this release was not authorised at all by IDT. In fact, I would be quite surprised.

Is this the whole truth?

We actually filed the SEC Form 10SB back in August, giving ample time for the SEC to review the document.

Per the OTCBB phase in list, it is deemed "FAIL" presently.

At some point in the future the "E" will be removed and the
symbol will return to "FNTT".

Maybe. But in order to stay "listed" on the OTCBB, the "E must be gone before Nov 24th, according to OTCBB rules.

Otherwise, the E may been gone, but the stock too and plays in the regional league, the "pink" sheets.

So, only Idtiots would buy the story.
