Forgot to mention another nice feature, which was probably mentioned here before. With MKTW @ $50 (and seemingly ready to continue upward), DBCC's stake is worth roughly $225M (4.5M shares?), or $7/share. It ain't $13.44, yet, but a hefty portion nonetheless.

Why does Hirshfield have to buy back if he keeps giving himself more stock!
What's your point about AH's sales vs. filings. Are you suggesting that this is a time to sell or that he didn't sell as much as filed that it is not???
