Sonny: It has been no mystery that the judge wants a settlement of the matter out of court as the government has not shown any harm to the consumer. He dug a big hole for himself and the gov't. by his behavior throughout the trial. However his strong rhetoric and lack of buttressing facts used in his ruling was overdone to the point where it appears the government will not be satisfied with anything but the most Draconian of settlements and MSFT sees its only recourse but to go to the Appeals Court. Once again the judge shows his lack of judgement. JFD
