Interesting article. cnnfn.com By the way, anyone have a feel for wireless in India. After all there are about a billion Indians and India is technologically and economically ahead of China.

Ramsey's cool. He organizes great lunches. But he does jump into his chicken little mood from time to time...sometimes I'm in there with him...but not this time. With some thought over the weekend, I have to disagree. I feel stocks like SUNW will probably rally on the news. In fact this court decisions may have a slight resemblance to the ERCIY/Q thing in that the debate is coming to a close about who is right/wrong. Not that SUNW will jump 50 points, but I think the net effect is positive for MSFT competitors. Frankly, I see the tech market rallying on the news. Rick
