impristine--If I recall correctly I believe Microsoft is planning/building an off-shore development center in India? I heard noises to the effect last year. It seems flying those Indian programmers into Redmond and putting them up for weeks and months on end was just too expensive.

Can anyone confirm or correct my failing memory?
