Bomax needs $150,000 CDN to pay for the DD for the change of business. FAI is a wellness company. They are moving from traditional mail catalogue style distribution to internet access and selling. One key motivational participant is a Dr. Ron Johnson, I'm not familiar with him, nor am I certain of the spelling. The company BXS is tryig to move as quickly as possible as there are some issues that require haste, I'm not sure of these details. The above may have some inaccuracies as I am going from memory and may not have every fact 100%. If anyone can find a valuation on the company or work done by the doctor it would be appreciated.
