I've sold off most of my VISX and have returned to buy some calls to open April 15th at 65 strike. However, there still is that dagger of pending various suits that might hurt the CO. I don't know how much the officers of VISX fear the outcomes but there is always a suspicion that the worst can happen so that could still cause share sales especially in the light of MSFT news. They own a great technology and they have lots of bucks. Money counts for future gains IMO. I imagine his 100K shares are already sold. Angler
