RS, your points are well taken. In my discussion with Globalstar USA folks, I got the distinct impression they were working very hard the results of which I think will unfold over the next few weeks. They admitted that they have not enlightened their customer service reps as much as they probably should have by this point. If you call your AirTouch 800# for svc changes or questions, you will have about a 1 in 10 chance of getting someone who has even heard of Globalstar. In fact, I had one say "oh you can get a sat phone right now from someone called Iridia or something like that!" That should be changing right now. They did say these folks will all be up to speed by Jan. Re: the web site, at least it is getting better. Iridium has done much better job developing their site. You can get it in different languages and there are links to some sp's. However, many of those links are dead or just take you back to Iridium World or say something like "in process." Let's hope the success of G doesn't hinge on the quality of its web page. Again, my sense from my discussion is that we will see marked improvement and changes by year end. I hope that is the case. I am encouraged by the fact that Red_Slk and I heard similar things. Dave, I'll gladly throw $50 at the pot.
