IMHO, Bill Gates and Scott McNealy are two peas in a pod (not that I have an obsession with pods or anything :-), and, moreover, neither appears to believe that the pod is big enough for the both of them. Primary difference between Microsoft and Sun, again IMHO, is that Microsoft is a monopoly and Sun isn't. There is in fact a double standard, written into law. There is one standard for monopolies, and another standard for everyone else.
