What was the level of compliance? Its interesting to watch, because when this started I remember analysts saying if they could have 80% compliance that would be good, since OPEC had not shown much in the way of adhering to such cuts in the past. Now it drops to 85% and they get hammered. I'm in FSESX also figuring that 2000 is going to be a good year. It sure is a squirrley industry.
