The Cnn polls I have seen indicate the public IS NOT on MSFTs side and in fact agree with the judge. I
believe it was 85% and rising!!


The poll showing that a majority of people aren't on Microsoft's side in the finding doesn't surprise me. The 85% number does. Have to wonder how the poll was conducted. Polls are always suspect to me in how they are set up and the incentive for people from one side or the other to respond to them. Just as an aside, and the fact that this is the Intel thread, I have found, especially in industry, that far more people resent Microsoft, for many reasons, than Intel. They both have overwhelming majority of representation of their products in PCs, but people don't see Intel as "the bad guy." Again, just in my experience.
