Frank: Got in around $3.00 on the recent dive induced by Yorkton and Canacoord. Figured if they can gain-- so can I.

Golf-- how dare I forget.

Come to think of -- prices on the latest odds that MSFT will do something clever out of the ruling.

By the way, and in the spirit of wealth generation (I assume that's the reason we all do this)-- why not have a little 'off topic fun', if you all will permit, and see if we can be slightly ahead of the curve demain matin when the market opens at 9:30 am.

The issue, the MSFT situation-- and appreciating that it is early days in a series of rulings etc. My premise would be as follows.

'Market perceptions of future winners will shift dramatically'. A group of companies perceived to have had some shackles lifted will pop.

Question: 'Who are they? and, therefore, how do we gain'?

Since it is software, hardware and operating system oriented -- will it be?:

Linux related companies like Redhat, Corel (shudder)?

Sun Micro?

Others?

Will it be the wireless revolution types (not hooked into MSFT)like BALT, AETH, Crit Path, CIC, ENTU,...etc ?

Will it be the other hardware vendors like HP, IBM etc?

Will it be vindication for Netscape via AOL shares?

Just waiting for Flutie to do Washington!

Cheers Frank
