<<<Can anyone on this board comment on what Fonix is doing about
the Nasdaq threat of delisting if it does not get to and stay above
$1 dollar?

Was there any mention of a reverse split at the shareholder
meeting?

Tim,

Notice that despite the fact that you have asked this question repeatedly, you have been completely ignored. This board is essentially dominated by those who would rather promote this stock through rosy colored platitudes, while dismissing substantive concerns like yours as needless negativity. Good luck in trying to get an answer.

HT

FONX. Delisting. This is of great conserned. Eventually I will visit their office in Salt Lake, since I live there. Perhaps is the time to call investor relations. Do you know any competitors to the fonix system? It certainly got Microsoft and Intel attention. I do no see sales increasing though because of the price of voice recognition systems may to high. The next generation of computers with Intel and Microsoft employing voice recognition systems may down road. This kind of product is in its early infancy. These are some of the questions I need to ask.

What will fonix do if delisted?

They will trade on the OTC:BB.
However, the appeals process is still in motion,
and NASDAQ has yet to make any final decisions.

Did they discuss a
reverse split at the annual meeting?

No, this was not discussed.
