Cristall, Stolichnaya, Skyy (not Russian, but excellent).

Among flavored vodkas (a very "with-it" libation) Soomskaya is excellent.

Stolichnaya was what you could buy before the end of the Evil Empire. And it's very, very good. I think it's probably the Russian version of Coca-Cola. But maybe it's not hip to serve it, as it's so well-known. Still, you can't go wrong with Stolly.
