I don't know about the other two but Piper Jaffrey has a target of $20 on ISPD. This came out shortly after the revenue DELAY for the quarter (I must keep emphasizing this) so they may have wanted to be conservative with the target price although their recommendation surely wasn't. Volume has really picked up this last week. Seems to me that this co. is garnering some attention.
