If this case really got settled, well, it is a very bad news for Bush!!! Otherwise , he can claim to be the president of the 21 century who support free market and less intervention and regulation from the government , small and efficient government , freedom of innovation for both individuals and corp, pro business under the condition consumers are benefit, and a most welcomed new president for this country in the beginning of 21 century.

The lesson we got from this case is :

1) The Hi Tech industry is very different than the traditional industry , and should the Antitrust law be rewrtiiten , which is a product more than 30 years ago .

2) Should companies be granted the right of free innovation to benefit the consumers ? and as a result generate more revenues and benefit ? Or every company should be controled and regulated by the government , and companies had to be approved about what and how the products should be designed before they really start the development projects ?

3) Finally , should we set up a rule that any judge which will handle the Hi Tech cases should have fully understanding and knowledge of the Hi tech industry which he is to make a ruling ???

4) Should we disolve the DOJ department which is so unwelcome , and to some extent its policy actually hurt the consumers .

5) Should we set up a rule, that any companies who can or do not have the will to compete in the free market should not take the short cut to compete in Washinton DC. A market issue should be solved by the market way ( free market force , competition) , not by political force.
