Thanks, Peter. The stock dividend will increase the shares outstanding of the non-voting B shares. Given the tenure of A share insiders, looks like the major negative for this company (esp. as a B share, or even a minority A holder) is that the old-timers prefer control over the company in lieu of growth, or in building the value of the business. BELFA looks like a decent defensive stock, but the upside appears limited.
