Luther, Tyc is a good company but its p/e had gone too high thus susceptible to short sellers. The accusation that USS lost money right before being sold to tyc is quite ridiculous. USS had never lost any money as far as I can recalled. At $40 it has a p/e of 19 which is quite fair value but conglomerate like tyc usually doesn't command a very high p/e ratio. tyc had been the exception to this for quite a while.
